      Reba Management a little hard to deal with.

      But the Resort it self is wonderful.

      We bought our Gold season float unit at Coral Reef preconstruction about 8 years ago, and have come every October since.

      The 2-story units are spacious and well appointed.

      The kitchen is fully applianced including a full size washer and dryer.

      The master bath is huge with a full size jacuzzi tub.

      The complex has its own swimming pool and hot tub, plus you can use the beach, the pool, and the healthclub at the Crowne Plaza hotel on site.

      Golfing in Shipyard is challenging and scenic.

      We've sea kayaked and seen dolphins.

      It is lovely to ride on the beach.

      WONDERFUL! Two floor townhouse.

      Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped - wanted/needed nothing.

      Shipyard Plantation is beautiful! The wildlife was fantastic, including the alligators. It was fascinating to watch everything in it's natural state.

      It was a little bit difficult to get to the beach access, but they had a shuttle if parking was low. That was a bonus. The pool and facility was wonderful. Very conveniently located and hardly ever crowded.

      Checking in/out was great, simple and friendly. I'd return again and again! GREAT place!

      We own at Coral Reef - it's in Shipyard and it's very secluded and peaceful back in the forest and lagoons.

      The maintenance fee is on the high side in our opinions, but everything in the units are top notch from the fabrics and wallpapers to the artificial plants and floral arrangements.

      The master bath is over the top, with soaring cathedral ceilings and a double glass shower. The jacuzzi is oversized too, with a skylight above it.

      The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds and it's own bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Abundant storage everywhere.

      There is a half bath on the first level as you enter. The living/dining combo is large and the sofa makes a double bed (but don't put anyone you love down here - it's hard as a rock). The other beds and pillows are comfy.

      The kitchen is bright and cheery and comes equipped with every modern convenience. There is a full-size private laundry off the kitchen.

      A wood deck is accessed from a door off the living area and there is a patio table and chairs out there. All units have great views of either lagoons (alligators included), a grove of native vegetation and trees or a fairway on the Brigantine golf course or a combo of the three.

      The heated pool is clean and in great shape, with a kiddie pool and a hot tub that seats 5- 6. A sauna is inside the pool house, as are his & her restroom facilities. Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrella tables and bar stools are here for you to enjoy. Two new gas grills provide you with the opportunity to have a cookout by the pool.

      Shipyard is very secure and beautifully manicured. It is centrally located on the island and Coral Reef is home to golf privileges at Shipyard and tennis priveleges at Port Royal which is a wonderful facility.

      Bike trails are everywhere and the beach is perfect for riding. Two bikes come with each unit at CR, with additional rentals available at a discount for owners/guests. The bikes are a great way to enjoy the island.

      Minutes from shopping, great restaurants and the Atlantic Ocean, Coral Reef is just the ticket for a relaxing, upscale vacation for families, singles and couples.

      Note as of 9/03: a word of warning to potential buyers - Coral Reef is managed by REBA MANAGEMENT who employ people to do their utmost to avoid assisting owners. We tried unsuccessfully for 9 months to get our developer's week. Promises made (in writing) by RM were a joke. I think they severely oversold this property because the lady who is in charge of owner services does everything possible to avoid phone calls and email. We sent certified letters begging for assistance and got NOWHERE with these people. Oh how I so wish we would have known this going your research - avoid deadbeat property management!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy Coral Reef or Coral Sands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
