Marriott's Royal Palms Reviews & Ratings

I have stayed at the Marriott Royal Palms three times and it has always been a very pleasant stay. The location is great- very close to the entrance to Disney World. The units are extremely clean and welcoming, with lots of space. I recommend this resort for anyone looking for more space oand comfort than the typical hotel room.

Marriott Royal Palms is nestled within the Marriott World Center and features its own swimming pool and activities as well as full guest access to hotel and resort facilities and amenities. Charges can be placed to room anywhere on the property. Resort is just across Highway 4 from Walt Disney World with easy access to all 4 Theme Parks and Disney Springs. Quiet, relaxing area with views of golf course and pond. screened in porch for outdoor enjoyment

I love the Royal Palms! It is on a beautiful property and has incredible amenities. It also shares the amenities of the Marriott World Center located on the same property, including golf. Being right across the Highway from Disney is another plus. Every theme park is only minutes away.

Marriott resorts are hard to beat! The pools are great (the nearby one to your villa and the usage of the World Center resort pool as well); location is convenient to all Orlando has to offer.

My family owns here. I have stayed at many Marriott timeshares in Orlando and elsewhere. This is definitely a lovely resort. Some of the highlights for us are that you have lots of amenities and space at the Marriott Vacation Club resort which is not crowded at all. There are beautiful golf course and water views, often right from the villas. There is a pool and you can use many other Marriott pools as there are a number of resorts that are sister resorts, and you can use their amenities and pools too. You also can go by free shuttle bus or short walk to the Marriott World Center which is one of the biggest Marriott resorts in the world, if not the biggest! You have full use of the Marriot World Center's amenities such as massive, beatiful pools with waterfalls, kids water fun area, huge water slides, and lots of other fun things. Disney World and the theme parks are extremely close, and so that is a plus so you can easily come and go or take breaks during the day if you want. It's great to have the theme parks and Marriott World Center with all the activities and people but it is so nice to be able to just relax in the very exclusive and uncrowded Royal Palms resort which has its own activities for kids such as make your own ice cream sundays. It has a very nice, uncrowded gym overlooking the pool. It gives you the best of both worlds. We love going and know other owners who come every year with their kids! The villas themselves are spotless and very nice, with a large granite kitchen, beautiful rooms to spread out in and tastefully decorated. Overall an excellent place to stay and lots of room compared to the number of guests that stay here. Moreover many guests are at the nearby parks or go to the Marriott World Center pools and facilities, so it gives lots of room for the guests who are using the facilities and pools at the Royal Palms. This can be different than many of the other Marriott timeshares in Orlando which have many more guests using the facilities so it can seem a little crowded compared to here. It gives the Royal Palms a sense of relaxed elegance and exclusivity. Golf courses right on the property. Just an incredible place to vacation at.

We stayed at the Royal Palm with our two children 9 and 12. We loved the access to the Marriot World Center for the pool and restaurants. The shuttle was easy and convenient. The hotel is very nice, room updated and very comfortable beds! We ate out several nights but also used to BBQ by the pool to grill our own food a few nights. The unit has all kitchen items needed to cook meals and the washer and dryer was an added plus as we did not have to pack so much! Pools at World Center super fun for kids and one at Royal palms a bit more relaxing for parents but still things like basketball hoop in pool for kids!

We spent several days at Universal studies which was a short easy drive! We will definitely return

Beautiful resort only minutes from Disney World! The unit was well maintained with a beautiful pool and a shuttle to Marriott World with restaurants and a waterfall pool. In the overcrowded timeshare location, it is difficult to find one which stands out. This one certainly does!

Great fun and relaxation. Easy to get to all parks. I love having access to the full service Marriott beautiful pool and pool slide that is adjacent to the resort and my husband loved the adjacent golf course. Nothing says vacation more than Marriott. It is truly our home away from home where ever we stay!

I have stayed at the resort in April of 2012. This resort is clean and well maintained. Very close to Disney and convenient to all the other attractions in Orlando. I like the fact that you can use all the facilities at the Orlando World Center. It was a plus. A great place to stay

One of the best resort of Marriot's throuth the nation. Kichen is remodeled with granite and cherry cabinet. Master bedroom is cozy and spacious, bed is really cushy and clean.

Every unit has golf course view and free to use all facilities of World Center, Marriot which is very nice, but still pools and all others in Royal Palms are good enough to go.

And Orlando is so terrific city to go!!

Newly remodeled, so this resort now deserves a 5 star!

Beds are fabulous.

Kitchens redone - granite, new cooktops, tile floors new, etc.

Dens updated - nice screened in area.

Absolutely fabulous resort. Most convenient location to Disney and othe rattraction. Everyone super helpful. Clean, large and up to date. Highly recommend. Spend New Years Eve there two years and had a great time.
