  • Short walk to Marriott World Center and includes access to the new/renovated pools there, including water slides and lazy river!

It's always a joy to stay at Sabal Palms. The units are very spacious, well maintained with the feel of a luxury resort. The staffs are friendly and courteous. You get a feeling they aim to please you for your stay. The location is centrally located with easy access to most attractions such as Disney. We find time flies by too quick with our stays.

We have frequented this resort for the last 15 years now. We absolutely love it!! It is so nice being able to use the World Center's pool and facilities and then being able to go back and relax in the quiet comfort of the Palms. This resort is very secluded and makes you feel like you are in your own private property.

This resort is a small gem--it was one of the first resorts Marriott built when they were still figuring out the program. So it was built as an extension of the World Center Hotel and Resort with all the hotel amenities available to time-share guests. It was extensively refurbished about 7 years ago--all the old Jacuzzi tubs were pulled out and an massive walk in shower and steam room was installed in the master suite. We love this resort because we use the hotel spa and pools and restaurants but we can enjoy relaxing at "home" and grilling our own dinner.

Although this is one of Marriott's older timeshare properties, it is still one of the best in many ways. It has recently undergone an extensive renovation and it now truly sparkles.

Very close to Disney and has the full use of the many restaurants and other amenities of Marriott's Orlando World Center. The screened porch is a real pleasure.

Beautiful unit - clean, spacious, appliances were new and of quality. Full size washer and dryer. Screened in porch was nice to sit in and read or have breakfast. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET was a biggie for us. Note there are no elevators so you may want to request a first floor unit if stairs are a problem. Grounds are gorgeous and staff is friendly.

The only reason I rated it a 4 star was because it did take 3 calls for housekeeping to bring us our missing sponge and spatula. However, we had some other minor issues with the unit which were taken care of quickly. Oh, they also completely forgot our wakeup call on the day we left. Fortunately, I had set my cell phone alarm as a backup or we would have missed our flight!

The Marriott World Center was a short walk from our unit and I used their fitness center which was great - all new equiptment, provided earphones and towels, etc. The pools were clean and there were a number of them. I would definitely stay here again.

Being part of and use of the Marriott World Center facilities (pool, work out center, hottubs, restaurants, sports bar, golf, etc) makes this resort condo one of the best values in Orlando. AND, it is very close to Disney and the Interstate, with little traffic.

I recommend any one of the Marriott condos on this property, Sabal Palms, Royal Palms and Imperial Palms.

Same as Marriotts Sable Palms Redweek lists above. This discription appears to be RCIs- who usually will not include the Marriott nameplate. See narratives above. Excellent in every way.

Great location with easy access to WDW. Resort is located adjacent to the huge Marriott World Center hotel, Sabal Palms guests have full access to all the hotel's facilities, including several great pools. The resort itself has a decent pool with two hot tubs. All the condos are two bedroom. Units are large and comfortable, though the decor is somewhat dated and the units could use some renovation in and out. The master suites feature a huge whirlpool tub in the bathroom, the largest we have seen in a Marriott property. The large screened in deck was a nice touch. Grounds were well kept overall, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but can't compete with newer Marriott properties located elsewhere in Orlando.
