Our favorite vacation location! This resort is surrounded by South Lake Tahoe's bustling Heavenly Village. You'll be as close as you can get to the Gondola and many restaurants are in walking distance since it is the center of the village. The beautiful two-bedroom unit is clean and comfortable with a full well-equipped kitchen and wonderfully spacious bathrooms. Most rooms have gas fireplaces and balconies. There's a large heated pool and two whirlpools, a gym with LifeFitness equipment and a sauna and steam room! The concierge services are super helpful in arranging organized activities and provide other services.

A wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of Heavenly Village! Steps away from great restaurants and shopping. Convenient to shopping, hiking, fishing and relaxing!

In California but 1 block from Nevada casinos. Right center of town, and close to excellent restaurants and lots of activities. Suites are very nice and comfortable. Gondola to Heavenly Ski Area is adjacent to the hotel for sightseeing and hiking on the mountain.

This unit is spacious and well appointed. Recently updated. This is a luxury residence - not a hotel room!!

Location is one of the best in South Tahoe, close to everything. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Although I have not had the opportunity to visit this resort, based on my experience of over 25+ years with MVC, first as a young adult with our children invited by our parents, and now as an owner inviting my own children and grandchildren, I have never been disappointed with any MVC locations and facilities. They have all been superb and we look forward to visiting this one in the near future.

Really neat area. Fun shops right there. Ski lift comes down right between Grand Residence and Timber Lodge. Ride it up the mountain and hike around. We loved it there.

We love Marriott Grand Residence Club at Lake Tahoe. In the heart of Heavenly Village, it's just steps to the Heavenly Gondola, loads of great restaurants, live music, shops, movie theater, ice skating rink, grocery store and more.

Review based on my experience with Marriott Vacation Club properties for over 12 years. I have not stayed at this particular resort, but I have never been disappointed with a MVC Resort.

Ski in, Ski out. Right at the base of the Gondola. Luxurious accomodations where all of fun is in Tahoe. There isn't a better place to stay on the South Shore!

We stayed here last January and enjoyed being so close to the slopes. No need to drive anywhere! There are some great restaurants and a short walk to several casinos.
