We just spent a week at Marriott's Grand Residence Club in Lake Tahoe and had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to meet all your needs and comforts. The location is perfect. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The weather was amazing, and we can't wait until next year to go again.

Depending upon the room you exchange into or rent this is a top notch property. I heard the staff say that no two rooms are alike on this property. This is an upscale Marriott Vacation Club property not originally built by Marriott Vacatiuon Club.

It's a Great location at the base of Heavenly Ski Resort and the gondola steps outside the door of the property. The beds and furniture in each of the three different units we have stayed in over the past three years were great. We exchange other Marriott properties for this one or the Timberlake Lodge just next door on a regular basis for ski trips.

There are lots of shops and restaurants on the property including a Wolf Gang Pucks grill and Fire and Ice. There is a Raley's Supertmarket off property just accross the street south of the property. It's great for stocking up on all the good things you want in your villa.

This property fronts SR 50 and does not view Lake Tahoe. Rooms are prime Marriott, but forget the nature part of Tahoe. Really good ski in/out given the gondola. This property offers all the great Marriott amenities except peaceful nature. Probably a good choice for children, adolescents, and the adolescent minded.

One might think one were still in an urban maze given the road and people traffic/congestion. If one is content with an urban environment, this is the place.

However, Tahoe offers many other condos that are in much more natural environments.

If one enjoys the city life, visit this Marriott. If one requires nature, make a different choice.

This resort is absolutely top-of-the-heap in Tahoe. Brand new, Marriott quality, first class all the way. Common areas are beautiful. We stayed in the "hotel room" and were pleased to learn that it contained a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub (no kitchen at all, however). But there were all kinds of restaurants, shops and eateries in the immediate facility. Live music, ice rink (should have opened this weekend), gondola, it is fabulous. Absolutely five stars... a must do!

Located in the heart of the new Heavenly Village, this 4 season resort is walking distance to 24-hour gaming and world-class entertainment. Just steps from the Vail-owned Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola. Year-round covered valet parking, and a short walk to the beach. The new village features a wonderful array of shops and restaurants. The resort also features an incredible spa with a full menu of skin, body and hair treatment options. 300+ days of sunshine per year and a short drive or shuttle from Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Very professional staff that will pamper you 24 hours a day.
