Our family has been vacationing in Avila Beach over 40 years. We love the location of the resort. Right next to the ocean. Golf, tennis, pickleball, entertainment, is just a short walk as well as the restaurants, wine tasting, shops, farmers market museum, playground and the BEACH. Centrally located to visit Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Cambria and Hearst Castle. Oh and don’t forget the Elephant Seals about 5 miles north of Hearst Castle. It certainly is a blast for all generations.

This is a perfect location to a beautiful resort in the tiny “cape cod” style beach town of Avila! Checkin on Fridays allows opportunity to enjoy the Avila Farmers Market which starts around 4 pm. Great music, wine, ice cream and vendors. Beautiful sunsets daily. More than 100 wineries in area. Lots of sea life when kayaking. Moro Bay is only a 30 min drive north and Hearst Castle is 1 hour north. Just a little further to see elephant seals on the beach or collect sea glass on Moonstone Beach. Avila Beach also has great tide pools in early morning. Ask the front desk how to visit the pirates cave. So much to do while here! We go each year but can’t this time so whoever rents will really enjoy!

Wonderful ocean views from every room. The only resort like it in the area.

We love this resort so much we bought four weeks! Perfect location to cool off during the summer, or just relax and watch the waves from the porch or patio! We walk to the town to eat and get a little wine tasting! Walking to Mulligans, the golf club, is perfect for breakfast or lunch. Of course, there is a full kitchen, where we either cook, or warm up our leftovers.

Resort overlooks beautiful San Luis Bay and nearby golf course. The San Luis Bay Inn is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The resort features an outdoor pool, fitness center, and tennis courts, as well as BBQ facilities and free parking. Enjoy wine tasting in Avila Beach and nearby wineries.

Best place to enjoy the beautiful central coast! So much to do! Walk to the beach and have dinner at a local resturant while the sun goes down…get fresh caught fish at the pier and simply grill at the resort for an AMAZING dinner! Pool, jacuzzi , reading area, games, fire tables on the patio while watching the beautiful surf. Excursions near by to San Luis Obispo, Cambria, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle and more!

oh my.... the most peaceful nature palace on the central coast. I may be partial,,, as I was born and raised there... but I always harken back to that home away from home. Great for Singles/ couples/ Seniors and Kidlets... Fun and good food for all.

we have gone to the San Luis Bay Inn for 30 years with our family. It is the most relaxed, and casual vacation. Great restaurants, wineries, and clean beach safe for the entire family.

This is such a great family place since you can park the car and walk to beach and town. Or, you can take a ride to wine country just north in Paso Robles.

We have been coming here for over a decade. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property offers all you can want in a comfortable, apartment style living arrangement.

The views are great and each villa has a balcony. If you don't want to eat out, the full kitchen and grills make it easy to prepare at "home".

Avila is a great place to relax, enjoy the beautiful beach and stole the the many shops, restaurants, play golf, hiking, tennis, and Wine Tasting Rooms.

An amazing Beech resort on the Central Coast of California! A hidden gem! A great place for a quiet family vacation. Plenty of Activities for the whole family. Whether you want to go out and explore on the Bob Jones trail, spend a day at the beach, shop the local farmers markets, Hearst castle tours, wine tours, explore the sand dunes, Hike to the Lighthouse, spend a day deep see fishing, or just hang out at the resort and enjoy the pool, hot tub, or Spa. Marvelous resort above the bay in Avila Beach, CA. Marvelous view with the sounds of ocean waves, sea birds and sea lions. On the edge of the central coast wine country and next to a great golf course. Walking distance to town and wonderful dining!

Wonderful beach town with many restaurants and shops on the beach. Golf course and tennis a short walk. San Luis Obisbo is a few miles away with a great farmers market on Thursdays. The CA mission is beautifully restored along with shopping in town. A real bonus in the Fat Cat round the bend with the best bloody marys.

This is a beautiful resort near wonderful Avila Beach on the Central Coast. Central located near San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach and Santa Maria. Lots of otters, seals, fishing, golfing, hiking and great beach activities.

This is a stunning resort! Continuous upgrades have brought this timeshare complex up to a standard of excellence that is fitting for what is expected these days and for its beautiful location. Each year we have seen new improvements and it is now difficult to see how it could be made any better. The staff are friendly and helpful, the lobby is spacious and attractive with new elevators. New carpets have been fitted and kitchens and bathrooms remodelled. New furniture and drapes, beds and mattresses. And wifi is now free! We always look forward to our holidays there and recommend it to everyone!

A beautiful resort. The views and ambience help you feel relaxed and serene. Staff was very helpful and the resort has undergone many updates and upgrades. Granite kitchens and baths add to the luxury feel. Beautiful, unspoiled nature surrounds the resort. Complimentary welcome "happy hour" on Friday and brunch on the weekend help set the tone for a pleasant and interesting stay. A real treat.

This resort is beautiful. There are fabulous views, walk to town with groceries and good restaurants. Golf is walking distance, also. The staff is always helpful and we have a great experience everytime we are here.

Loved this place! The location is awesome. Used bonus time to rent a studio unit. We were pleasantly surprised. The studio had recently been refurbished and a full kitchen was added. The studio is spacious and well maintained.
