Carlsbad Seapointe Resort Reviews & Ratings

This is a fantastically relaxing and beautiful resort. It is right on the coast highway, across from the beach, with unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Our 1-bedroom condo was nicely appointed and roomy, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out queen bed in the living room. There are two pools - one for families, with a walk-in entry, and an adult-only pool and hot tub. It's an easy walk across the street to the beach, with towels and beach chairs available from the front desk. Within 2-3 miles are The Carlsbad Flower Fields, The Carlsbad Outlet Stores, Lego Land and downtown Carlsbad, with fantastic restaurants and shops. Ralphs full service grocery store is also 1-2 miles away. It's a short 30 mile drive down the coast to all the San Diego attractions, including the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld and the iconic Coronado Island. Disney Land and Knott's Berry Farms Amusement Park are just an hour drive North.

Very comfortable and clean suite overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of onsite activities. Family friendly. Conveniently located.

We’ve never had any issues. Staff, service, cleanliness are all exceptional. Carlsbad is a unique town. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible.

Right on the Ocean. Excellent views. Plenty to do on property when not enjoying the beach with scheduled activities every day.

We’ve been owners at Seapointe since this resort first opened, and have rarely traded or rented it, because we enjoy it so much. Our children first joined us here when they were young, and now they are bringing their grandchildren to continue the traditions and memories. What a treasure! An outstanding hard-working staff that is always looking to enhance the experience for guests. Kid-friendly, and you can’t beat the ocean view!

This resort is beautifully located off Pacific Coast Highway and across the street from the ocean. The resort is well-maintained. Pools, gym and activity center are some of the great amenities at this resort. The charming town of Carlsbad is just down the road. More beaches and great restaurants.

We have been an owner at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort for over 20 years both staying at our home resort and many other timeshare resorts.

Carlsbad Seapointe Resort in our opinion is second to none given its prime Southern California beach location, wonderful accommodations and resort amenities.

Perfect size resort, with multiple barbecues in several locations, Recently renovated rooms and exterior. Welcoming staff ready to assist whenever requested. Ideal for families.

Great location! Has gone through a major upgrade. Beautiful view of the ocean, across the street from the beach. Many activities. Carlsbad Village a short distance with many restaurants. Walking distance to the Coaster which takes you to small towns on the way to San Diego. It is a very scenic coastal ride. Parking structure below with plenty of spaces with additional street parking.

Beautiful, quiet, family friendly resort just across from the ocean. Friendly staff, clean room, literally next to Legoland! Carlsbad is a beautiful town just off Pacific Coast Highway. Ocean is beautiful and blue. Shopping close by. San Diego Airport is only 30 miles away!

This has been our home resort for almost 25 years, two different weeks a year. No where else serves us as well. Children and grandchildren have grown up here. Everything you need is here but if you want to go for an outing there is plenty close by to see and explore. Carlsbad is a wonderful place for any activity. Great restaurants, a farmer's market on Wednesdays and quaint shops for every taste.

Everything was great ! Every one is so friendly! But having an autistic son , everyday dexter and Joelle put on events for the kids , such as making magnets and necklaces etc. my son loved it and they were so awesome to us! The hotel was great but they were greater to us!

Great resort. Lots of family fun. Lots to see and do. Very clean and close to everything. San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, and much much more.....

A beautiful ocean view unit that is close to Legoland, San Diego and all the California coast has to offer. The pools and exercise room are clean. On-site parking is secure. Access to freeways and shops is close by.

The Resort is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful with any questions. We have found our units, complete with full kitchen, to be everything we could ask for. Parking garage is great for easy access and being so close to the beach wonderful. Last unit we were in had beautiful view of the ocean.

Our vacations at Seapointe have always been wonderful. However, we reside in Texas now and health issues make travel difficult .
