Carlsbad Seapointe is an outstanding place to stay. It's near to all the top attractions in Southern California. The resort is across the street from a CA State Beach Park with good swimming, surfing, beach walking and bike riding.

Having an ocean view is the best. The staff is friendly. They really work at keeping the resort top notch. The view of the ocean from the condo is wonderful. The weather is never really hot or cold. The climate is very moderate allowing for outdoor activates most of the year.I have been using the facility since 1998. They have never disappointed.

This is a great resort and has a great staff. It is just accross the street from the ocean and offers an adult pool, family pool, gym, Tennis court, and rentals for ocean fun.

Right on the beach and freeway close. Such a great little get a way, even for locals. The local restaurants and shops are very quaint. We love the location. Close enough to San Diego and Orange County.

We have owned since it was built. Very nice resort walk to the beach and this week is perfect weather with little crowds.

We have loved this location in California. The on- site amenities keep the kids busy, the pools are great and the ocean beach is just across the road. The views from the adult pool are spectacular in the evening. Sea World and Lego Land are just minutes away.

This is an excellent resort in a beautiful location and a great location for family vacations. These condos sit along some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California and are within easy driving distance of Legoland, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park. After a day of sightseeing relax in your own one bedroom designer decorated condo with a romantic fireplace and unwind while enjoying an ocean view. On site amenities include swimming pools, a spa, fitness room, activity center, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.

We have Owned at Seapointe since the Mid 1990s when it was first built. It's a Gold Crown Resort every year. The Management company has kept it up impeccable all these years. They have update and remodeled twice that I remember. They have just finish an update and the Units are beautiful. It is just across the street from the ocean, ocean is walking distance, and perfect Pacific ocean view and experience. Lots of activities and restaurants near by. The only reason to sell is our family has grown up and moved. It is a perfect location for a young family, during prime time beach season in Southern California. Whom every buys this property will create many precious family memories.

We love this resort. There are many fun activities and It is close to many things to do. My husband and I have enjoyed our timeshare very much over the years. Unfortunately, we are now in our eighties and unable to travel.

The Carlsbad Seapointe is a wonderful place to spend a summer vacation. All the amenities are great. Its one block from the ocean with an adult pool and 10 minutes from town.

Great summer week. Next to coaster for trip to Del Mar horses races or downtown San Diego to watch a Padres baseball game.

Particularly loved watching the rabbits on the lawn at dusk, spinning labyrinths in the sand mid-day, & riding the Amtrak passenger train as it travels northward to Los Angeles’ historic terminal with easy access to LA’s various Arts & Cultural Centers + light-rail to Hollywood, or southward to downtown San Diego, passing through Torrey Pines and Old Town on its way to memorable experiences and historical San Diego locations. Wonderful Holidays spent here at Carlsbad Seapoint Resort, and always with ocean and sunset views + watching the moon illuminate the sky.♥️

What an amazing place. We stayed in 1bd/1bt last summer and can't wait to go back this summer again. The staff working there makes this place even nicer. Watching the sunset from the balcomy was so peaceful and relaxing. Our kids had fun in the resort in the activity center. We enjoyed getting coffee in the loby any time of the day. The room was great. I rated sleep comfort 4 (the rest is 5 stars, of course) only because pull out sofa was very hard, but other than that everyting was great. It's outside of Carlsbad downtown area but not a problem at all if you have a car. The ocean is just across the road which made it so nice. I met many great people (owners of the resort) who is going there year after year and they all were giving great review of this place. After staying there for 7 days, if was very hard to leave. We are going the same time this year we stayed last year and our kids (teenagers actually) are excited to see their friends they made last year. We rented rollaway bed for a week and were not even charged for that:) Kitchen has everything and Costco just around the corner. Love this place and bying it on redweek makes it so affordable! We used Amtrack (across the street) to visit SanDiego downtown which made it easy and more interesting.
