Anyone heard from Vacations-and-Resorts yet?

Just got a call....somewhat sounded the same as Resorts Condos Plus, but yet a little different. Still wanted up front $1498 for closing. Just am now more worried about it. Could someone enlighten me to the best way to sell my timeshare? Am seriously thinking about listing it on here. Just want to be safe about it. Please help!

Please go through the many posts inthese forums about companies that call you asking for an upfront fee in the hundreds/thousands of dollars. Read the horror stories of people who got ripped off.

After that, then make a decision as to whether you want to use this company or not.
