I happen to own at Marriott's Canyon Villas in Scottsdale. Do you have an opinion as to which of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day are more desirable?

In my opinion Memorial Day week in AZ would be popular as it's not as hot as July 4th or Labor Day .... also don't forget Thanksgiving and Christmas.
