As an owner can you use facilities as a day visitor when it is not your week?

This use to be the case, however due to covid this is no longer possible.

CoVid is looooooooooong gone......the resort is behind in restoring such amenities like this that were a part of the sales pitch in the 2000's! The more recent program was to have owners make a reservation and to help alleviate any over-crowding during the summer month in particular. And to use the CoVid argument now is like saying everyone has to continue to wear the ineffective masks in all common areas!!!
