What do you recommend as the most popular configuration to offer as a St John Virgin Islands Westin Timeshare rental? We have a 3 bedroom three bath that can be used as 1 week 3B or two week 1 or 2 bedroom or 3 week 1B we could make available in the summer. What month would you recommend we target? It would likely be most popular to offer the 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit as a 1 week rental during the summer months. July and August are typically the peak tourism months for the Virgin Islands, so targeting those months for rental would likely yield the best results. Additionally, offering the unit as a 2 week or 3 week rental with the option to split it into 1 or 2 bedroom units could also be a good strategy to increase occupancy.
