Can the Nanae guests use the tennis/pickleball/basket ball courts at the other Westin sister resorts? Thanks!

The last information found was that the resorts do not share use of their amenities with each other. Although, They noted on their site that the tennis courts are being upgraded at most Westins and will include Pickleball. (since all information is subject to change, please check with the resort directly for the most up to date information.)
