When staying for a week do they come in and clean some or bring fresh towels! Do they replenish toilet paper or like paper towels? Do the units have things left in kitchen like salt pepper spices? Do units have kuerig or normal coffee pots?

We have stayed here before in 2005...thinking of purchasing an October timeshare week....I know this is 'hurricane season'...but is the weather otherwise decent this time of year? Agree...you can't beat the location...the condos are dated but, location, location, location!
