For those who have visited in 2022, how was it with the construction next door? Does the property feel "limited" (activities, pool, beach, dining)? Are non-motorized water activities included (kayaks, etc.)? We are considering renting in December 2022 (family of 4 with two college age kids). Debating between Frenchman's Cove and the Ritz. Thanks!

Hi. This is Not the same Royal Mayan of the Royal Resorts family, correct. Going north, this one is past the Royal Sands which I am an owner at. Seems according to the map is across from La Isla. Someone please clarify. Thank you!
