Do you think purchasing Resort Villas week from an owner is wise with all of the changes with Hyatt taking over? Ex. There is lots of pressure to sell the weeks, pay extra, and transfer to points. Why does the Kuleana Club Timeshare Board of Directors raise the amount paid to Managers and Housekeepers so MUCH every year? This year (2022), the Board has raised their pay by 16.6% over last year!
