Best location next to one of the shopping malls, large grocery store and luxury shops. On site the market is amazing and really like sending in a shopping list to have the unit stocked already before we arrive. Pools have great service, fun activities, swim up bars at both pools and this year added large hot tubs as well. The system of reserving lounges is very organized and plenty of them for all the guests. Safety is great and we experienced a hurrocaine and everyone was safe any the damages were all repaired in one day, Love the proximity to some of the best restaurants in Cancun.

Very well kept resort. Personnel never stop working to improve the resort.

This unit is one of only eight units in the entire resort that have extremely huge decks which extends out past the normal patio. Located in Phase 1 in the very enter of the resort looking over the pools and a straight view to the ocean.

One of the best family oriented resorts that I have ever been to ! Great ambiance, friendly staff, excellent restaurant and enjoyable sports bar and entertainment facility.

Our home away from home. Wonderful resort on the beach with 2 large pools and swim-up bars, tennis, spa, gym and friendly and professional staff. World class restaurants within walking distance!

The Royal Sands is an excellent place for adults and families. We have been staying at the Sands for the past 20 years. We would never stay anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and at your service. The resort is safe and immaculate. It has the finest white sand beach in Mexico.

The Royal Sands is perfectly situated amongst gorgeous sand-swept beaches and other Royal Properties, that we have use of. Many pools, restaurants, and facilities are all at our disposal. You have a selection of numerous excellent restaurants on-site to dine in. Royal Sands is right next door to a very nice high-end shopping mall with many conveniences, Ruth Chris' restaurant, lovely shops, etc.. The staff at Royal Sands are always kind, helpful, and considerate people. They make you feel like family and are most appreciative that you are there. They have never once been pushy about purchasing additional timeshares. We've gone many times, even on girl trips, and have felt so safe and welcomed. The pools are fabulous and the grounds are impeccable!
