The Royal Sands Resort and Spa is definitely first class located in Cancun Mexico in the Hotel Zone overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The Staff and Service is impeccable! The room are cleaned daily except Sunday and stocked with bathroom amenities. I've never slept better in the comfortable beds and bedding while listing to the ocean wave. Love this place!!!

We have owned since 2007...IMHO it is one of the best resorts in Cancun. Terrific staff. Great location. A true vacation destination.

We love our Unit at the Royal Sands! It's on one of the top floors and from the balcony, you have a long view of the beautiful ocean! The drink/food service at the beach is awesome and the full kitchen has everything you need. Right across the road are some of the best restaurants in Cancun if you want to try others than the great ones at the resort.

Consistently the best resort in Cancun. We have been members for over 30 years and the staff and resort quality have never diminished. We will continue to use several of our weeks, just not this one for which rental demand remains high.

This is a spectacular place to stay with family and friends. We have been enjoying the last week of the year in this Villa having our New Year’s Eve dinner with the spectacular ocean front. It’s a very quiet, comfortable and full equipped Villa. There is all you need to have great breakfasts and diners together with the great restaurants and pool bars downstairs. People in the Royal Sands gives you the best service and the resort has several pools, gym, tennis courts and aquatic sports. The Royal Sands is in the middle of the touristic area of Cancun. You have a supermarket at a walking distance. We have enjoy this resort for many years.

We just returned from our fifth year at the Royal Sands. We have never had a bad day and it has impoved every year. Now they have free wi fi. The food at all the restaurants is great and inexpensive. But we especially love the Captains Cove where we always sit outdoors so we can watch the sea life. There is usually an alligator and this year we saw a ray. Be sure to try the buffet breakfast at the Veranda.

Beautiful family resort with an awesome staff . The pools are huge and beautiful. Market and restaurants on site. You never need to leave the resort if you don't want to. Very comfortable accomodations with full kitchen and full size appliances.Truly a home away from home. Spectacular beach.
