Cabo San Lucas weather

What is the weather like Christmas and New Years weeks? Are they making this resort All-inclusive? If so, is it mandatory and what is the cost? Thanks!

Currently it is an optional all-inclusive. Weather in February is great.

Thank you. We were married Oct 6, 2007 and we're thinking about going to Cabo for our anniversary. We were worried about rain.
