We purchased units at the Royal Sands before it was built because of the excellent service we received at other Royal Resorts. The Sands have continued to live up to our expectations for over 20 years. Whenever our friends visit, they always compare their timeshares to ours, and tell us theirs never live up to the Royal Sands.

Great resort, excellent staff, and on the best part of the beach with the best palapas to relax under! So convenient to restaurants and grocery store!

The beach is amazing. On of the best beaches in the world. The service is great. Holiday Inn took over and is making the place great. There are events and a new food restaurant, within La Veranda. The kids play area is new and awesome for younger kids.

This resort is exceptionally high quality, offers full or partial all-inclusive, and shares with other Cancun area facilities to expand your vacationing experience.

This is the best resort in Cancun to spend a week with family and/or friends! This five-star resort includes a beautiful onsite workout facility and spa.
