Secure, and safe, the beach is fantastic and so are the pools. Activities for the kids and relaxation for the adults. We prefer 'the quiet side', but you have a choice!

Service is spectacular. Spend the week at the same beach palapa and your waiter will quickly learn your order and make sure you have a Pina Colada at the start of happy hour - pure bliss!

Best location. Next to a mall and a full size grocery store. Many restaurants on the property and within walking distance. Concierge on site to book dinner reservations, trips and golf.

Awesome location in the Hotel zone! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Best beach on the strip!!

Fantastic 5-star resort in every regard. I have been a Royal Resorts owner for over 30 years and have never missed a year in vacationing at this resort. I am a resort owner/operator in Minnesota and consider the Royal Sands as the absolute leader in resort accommodations, service, cleanliness, amenities, restaurants, activities, views, etc., etc.

Villa cleaned every day....Staff has been there from the beginning and become family members TV in every bedroom and living room. Large terrace with table for 6 as well as lounge chairs. Full closets in each room, safe , hair dryers all the necessities you need. We have been members since Phase 2 opened. Never exchanged for anywhere else.

The Royal Sands will become your home away from home. You’ll enjoy beach access, close proximity to shopping and fantastic restaurants. There is plenty to do at the Royal Sands for the entire family to enjoy. We believe you will come away wanting to return year after year.

Great central location. Best beach in Cancun. Great food and entertainment . Beachfront penthouse villa, including on beach amenities. Two great pools with swim up bars. You couldn’t ask for more.

The Royal Sand is a wonderful family friendly resort. There are lifeguards and security at all times on the property. There are beautiful poos, good food and many activities to enjoy. We have enjoyed the Royal Sands for many years, we hope your family does too.
