What are the hours of the pool and hot tub? Are there any additional fees such as parking resort fees etc in addition to the redweek fees? Are there any beach chairs or umbrellas at the resort and charges for rental if any.

Hi, we are looking to book only in certain buildings. Prefer 4-6, 9-12, 14, 15 or north side of 26. Problem is that most rentals say 'building varies'. Past experience is that I've shown up and, with all the chaos at check-in, we end up getting stuck in a unit that we find less desirable. Any suggestions?
